Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, logging in, viewing, posting, messaging, uploading, or otherwise using Suicixde, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

Suicixde is for adults and trusted invite-style communities. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. You may not use Suicixde if you are legally barred from using online services or if your account was disabled for safety, abuse, fraud, or legal reasons.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account activity, password security, MFA recovery codes, and the accuracy of account information you provide. Do not share accounts, impersonate another person, create deceptive accounts, or use automated account creation.

4. User Content

You own the content you post, but you give Suicixde a limited license to host, store, display, transmit, resize, back up, moderate, and operate that content as needed to provide the service. You are responsible for your posts, comments, messages, group content, profile details, and uploads.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Suicixde to create, upload, request, distribute, promote, or coordinate illegal, abusive, deceptive, or dangerous activity. This includes CSAM or sexual exploitation, credible threats, terrorism or violent extremist activity, doxxing, harassment campaigns, non-consensual intimate imagery, stalking, malware, credential theft, spam, scams, fraud, impersonation, platform manipulation, or evasion of moderation controls.

6. Safety, Reporting, and Moderation

Suicixde may remove content, restrict visibility, disable accounts, preserve records, review reports, and cooperate with law enforcement when required or appropriate. Apparent child sexual exploitation material may be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or other appropriate authorities. Emergency threats should be reported to local emergency services first.

7. Online Safety Commitments

Suicixde is designed as a private social platform with rules, reporting paths, account controls, and moderation. We prohibit priority illegal harms such as child sexual exploitation, illegal threats, fraud, terrorism support, harassment, and malware. If laws such as the UK Online Safety Act apply to a user, territory, or feature, we may take additional steps including risk review, content restrictions, age-related restrictions, complaint handling, record keeping, or limiting access in affected regions.

8. Service Changes

This is an evolving private platform. Features may change, break, be limited, or be removed. We may suspend or end the service, accounts, uploads, or specific features for security, legal, operational, or abuse-prevention reasons.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

Suicixde is provided as-is and as-available. We do not promise uninterrupted service, permanent storage, or that every harmful act by a user will be prevented. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Suicixde and its owner are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

For safety reports, legal notices, privacy requests, or account issues, use the Contact page. Include enough detail for review, but do not send illegal material through the contact form.
